An amazing colour selection has been made here, seeing how you wanted to depict spring the yellow-green and pinks was a smart idea. I like it how the sky is just a slight blue haze as it spreads over the background making the foreground more important. Although the main subject (larger tree) is quite stunning with its pinks and browns a cooler colour placed in the shadowing are may have set it off and made it more appealing.

Although definitely not an original idea for painting it is still a good one, you have used it in a way that it does vary from the rest but sadly it will still be mixed in and overlooked. I suggest looking up the technique 'salting' for watercolour works as it can give an amazing effect for leaves.

Rather than some yellow flowers and some random red flowers maybe combining the two so the flowers are tipped red or something the similar may have worked better but it is your work.

I caught sight of your work from anothers favourites and I wished to see more. Although spectacular you still have room to improve (as does everyone) maybe investigation into some techniques (like salting as I said before) will help your work become more outstanding than the last <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt=":D" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="366" title=":D (Big Grin)"/>
